Hemsedal is easy to get to. You may wish to take the boat from Kiel to Oslo. It will take approximately 3 hrs. to drive from the harbor in Oslo to the ski resort (the roads are good). We not only arrange your boat crossing, but we also offer an attractive discount! You can also take a flight to Oslo Gardermoen. There are buses from the airport to Hemsedal. The bus transfer takes approx. 3.5 hrs.

The lifts and slopes are open from the beginning of the season to the end of January from 9 am to 3.30 pm and from the beginning of February to the end of the season from 9 am to 4.30 pm. If that wasn’t already enough: Hemsedal also offers morning and evening skiing! This means that you can go skiing before most get out of bed, and in the evening a number of pistes are provided with lighting.
