General Conditions
Prices
The prices for the accommodations in our booking system are the prices including all mandatory costs. Often, the final cleaning is mandatory, but there are also accommodations where this is optional. You have found a nice accommodation, you then click on the ‘Book Now’ button and you will find the total price, including all mandatory costs, and the costs of the optional extras. No annoying surprises afterwards.
Invoices and tickets
Invoices will be sent by e-mail only to the e-mail address that you have provided.
If you have booked an accommodation yourself in our booking system or we have done that for you, you will receive the confirmation, with the invoice with payment instructions in the attachment, within a few minutes of completing your booking.
We can only make bookings for accommodations that are in our booking system, for accommodations that are not in our booking system and for other parts of your trip, that we book for you at your request, if you agree to our Terms and Conditions. If you ask us to do this for you, then we assume you agree to our Terms and Conditions. We usually send the invoices for this within 2 days after making the booking, unless otherwise stated by us to you. As soon as we have made a booking for you, you will immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail. Your booking is then final. If you do not receive our invoice for your booking within the specified time, you must contact us immediately. First look at your “junk mail” or “spam”, it is possible that our invoice ended up there.
You will not receive any vouchers from us. With the confirmation and invoice of your booking for the accommodation, you check in at the reception in the ski resort. All our invoices include the booking numbers of our partners, they enter this number in their system and they will see your booking immediately. Shortly before departure, you will receive directions to the reception and more information about checking in and out. We do this shortly before departure, because sometimes something changes and we do not want to send you incorrect information first. You must also take the invoices that you have received from us for other parts of your trip to your destination. Only for the boat trip will you receive the ticket from us shortly before departure.
Payments
You must pay us for your booking. We pay our Scandinavian partners for your booking.
A deposit of 30% applies to bookings of accommodations and boat trips. This amount must be paid within 2 weeks after the invoice date. The remaining amount must be in our account at least 2 months before departure. For bookings of other parts of your trip, no deposit is required, the amount must be in our account at least 2 months before departure. If you book within 2 months before arrival, the full amount must be paid within 2 days after the invoice date.
If you do not pay on time, this does not mean that your booking has been canceled. But please pay on time, we have to do that as well.
Payments can only be made by (online) bank transfer. Cash payments and credit card payments are not possible.
Cancellations
You must notify us of cancellations by e-mail.
Cancellations of the boat trip: if you have booked flexible tickets and you cancel before 48 hours before the departure of the boat, you will receive a refund from us. If you have booked economy tickets and want to cancel these, you will not receive a refund and you must pay us the entire sum.
Cancellations of accommodations suitable for a maximum of 13 people: if you have booked an accommodation 60 or more days before arrival, you can cancel it free of charge within 14 days of the invoice date. If you cancel your booking after those 14 days, but 60 or more days before arrival, you will pay € 50 in administration costs. Cancellations 60-0 days before arrival are non-refundable, you must pay us the entire amount. Bookings made within 60 days before arrival can be canceled free of charge within 3 days after the invoice date. After those 3 days you will not receive a refund and you must pay us the entire sum.
Cancellations of accommodations suitable for more than 13 people: if you book before 15 June, you can cancel your booking free of charge within 14 days of the invoice date. If you cancel your booking after those 14 days, but 90 or more days before arrival, you pay € 50 in administration costs. If you book after June 15, but 90 or more days before arrival, you can cancel your booking free of charge within 14 days of the invoice date. If you cancel your booking after those 14 days, but 90 or more days before arrival, you pay 30% of the accommodation price and € 50 in administration costs. Cancellations 90-0 days before arrival are non-refundable, you must pay us the entire amount. Bookings made within 80 days before arrival can be canceled free of charge within 3 days after the invoice date. After those 3 days you will not receive a refund and you must pay us the entire sum.
Cancellations of ski passes, ski lessons, ski rental and the booked activities: of course, we do our best for you to be able to refund the amount paid by you, but we are dependent on the flexibility of our Scandinavian partners. If you cancel months before arrival, more is possible than if you cancel just shortly before arrival.

Other conditions
The person that booked the travel arrangements, for themselves and/or on behalf of others, is liable for all individuals that he or she registers as guests. He or she should be at least 23 years old and will be held responsible for all accompanying guests in the event of damage to and/or items missing from the accommodation.
The rented accommodation may only be used by the number of persons agreed and those included in the rental agreement.
The accommodation, the furniture, etc. should be treated with care to prevent any unnecessary damage.
Smoking in the accommodation, excessive noise and any other unacceptable behaviour will not be permitted.
If the rules are not followed, a warning will follow. In the event of a recurrence, the site must be immediately vacated and the rental of the accommodation will not be returned.
If the accommodation is not handed over in a clean and tidy condition, both inside and out, a restitution fee will be payable either on departure or at a later date. Regardless of the payment for the final cleaning, you must take care of the dishes, cleaning the inside and outside of the accommodation and bring away the waste.
Complaints and damage must be reported immediately at the reception. Our colleagues will help you immediately, so that your holiday will be unforgettable. Complaints afterwards, upon returning home, have rarely led to financial compensation.
