Four interconnected areas
- Turistsenter; located on the south side with slopes of all difficulty levels, a ski school, children's area, snow parks, bars, restaurants and shops
- Skihytta; also on the south side with long and sunny days, a children's area and blue and red slopes
- Høgegga; the steepest area with challenging black slopes, popular among alpine ski stars
- Høyfjellssenter; located on the north side with many green and a few red slopes, a ski school, children's area and dining and drinking facilities
Snow parks and fun rides
Trysil has snow parks for all levels, from the challenging Snow Park Red & Black, featuring Trysil's largest jump, Night'n, to the family-friendly Snow Park Green. Trysil offers a fun ride and a ski cross track as well.
Opening hours and additional activities
The ski lifts are generally open from the start of the season until the first week of February from 09.00 to 15.30 hrs, after that week, to 16.30 hrs. Trysil offers morning and evening skiing as well. A dog sledding trip will complete your winter holiday experience!
Accommodation
We offer almost all cabins and apartments in Trysil. In Trysil Turistsenter and Høyfjellssenter, you'll be within walking distance of the lifts, slopes, ski school, shops, bars and restaurants. If you prefer to stay in a hotel, we recommend the SkiStar Lodge Trysil and the Radisson Blu Resort, with restaurants, pool and spa treatments.
Accessibility
Travel by ferry from Kiel to Oslo, a wonderful trip that we can book with discount for you. From Oslo, it's just a 2.5-hour drive to Trysil. Alternatively, you can fly to Oslo and rent a car or book a bus to Trysil.
