The apartment spreads over two floors. It is furnished with an open living room and kitchen layout, has 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining table and seating for 10 people, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, and kettle, toaster, and stove with an oven. The living room is furnished with a sofa and TV. In the hallway, there is plenty of space to hang clothes. Indoor parking is available, and access to an electric car charger is provided for an additional fee. From the living room, you have access to a terrace. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower and toilet. There is one bathroom on each floor. In one the bathrooms you will find a sauna that warms the body and soul after a day in the fresh mountain air. You will find a combination of a washing and tumble dryer machine in the bathroom on the 2. floor. 
 
Bedroom 1 on the 1st floor has a double bed that is 160 cm.
Bedroom 2 on the 1st floor has a bunk bed that is 120 cm in both tiers.
Bedroom 3 on the 2nd floor has a double bed that is 180 cm + sofabed 140 cm for 2 children 
Bedroom 4 on the 2nd floor has a double bed that is 180 cm.
 
Duvets and pillows are provided for 10 people.
 
Pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an additional fee.
High chair and crib are not available in this apartment.
 
The location is impeccable, right by the Kikut ski lifts, offering ski in/out access. There is also a short distance to the nearest cross-country ski trail. In the summer, there are great hiking trails right outside the door.
